Questions, answered

Every answer comes from our App Privacy Policy, version 1.1.

Do I need an account?

No. Our apps do not require or offer an account, sign-in or user profile.

Do you collect my personal information?

No. We do not collect, store or receive any personal information about you, and we do not operate servers that receive data from the apps.

What happens when an app shows ads?

Where an app displays advertisements, they are served by Google AdMob. To select and measure ads, Google may collect device and account identifiers, IP address, user product interactions and diagnostic information, as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

Can I say no to personalised ads?

Yes. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app shows a consent prompt before any personalised advertising takes place. Declining does not prevent you using the app; you will see non-personalised ads instead. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

Where is my progress saved?

Only on your device, together with your settings. Uninstalling an app removes them.

Are your apps made for children?

Our apps are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

How do in-app purchases work?

Where an app offers them, they are handled entirely by the app store you bought from: Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see or receive your card number or payment details.

How do I contact you?

Email support@soltiks.com. We will help where we can.
